The ideal candidate will like sticking to a proven process and turning out great accurate work; this person will understand the importance of keeping their work area and equipment clean makes the chances of creating excellent work that much greater.

The employee we select will be one who enjoys working as a member of a team, pitching in to help others when the chance arises, and generally being productive, not at all wasteful, with their time and effort. We look for workers who like to be with other pleasant people who take doing great work seriously.
