Description

CT-69 is a tan PTFE coating that offers high temperature resistance, excellent release and is capable of conforming to complex shapes with thick or thin films. This coating is designed for industrial and chemical handling.

Process

CT-69 non-stick PTFE coating is applied as a spray process. Different surface preparatory methods appropriate for the substrates will be used before the coating process. Typical coating thickness is 1.0 mil per coat (0.001 inch or 25 microns) up to three coats. Can be used on aluminum, steel and stainless steel substrates.
