Industry-leading non-stick, low-friction, and chemically resistant fluoropolymer coatings — PTFE, FEP, and PFA formulations spray-applied and high-temperature cured for industrial, aerospace, and food-grade applications.
Teflon® Fluoropolymer coatings provide industry-leading non-stick, low-friction, and chemical resistance performance. Formulated from fluoropolymer compounds including PTFE, FEP, and PFA, these coatings are spray-applied and high-temperature cured to create a dense, continuous film with exceptional release properties and outstanding chemical inertness.
Typical thickness ranges from 0.8 to 1.6 mil (20–40 microns), with multi-coat systems up to 3.0 mils available for enhanced chemical resistance and durability. Both ferrous and non-ferrous substrates are compatible.
Applications span industrial food processing and pharmaceutical manufacturing (where non-stick and chemical purity are mandatory), automotive and aerospace components requiring dry lubrication with chemical resistance, and any surface that must release product, resist fouling, or tolerate aggressive chemical environments at temperatures up to 260°C (500°F).
Let's discuss how Calico's Teflon® Fluoropolymer coatings can solve your non-stick, chemical resistance, or dry lubrication challenges.
